Meet the team

Oxnead Hall employs a diverse and passionate team consisting of 14 full time members of staff. As an award winning and 5* venue there is a stringent recruitment process which ensures that only the very best individuals will join the team. They are an incredibly passionate bunch who are always smiling and love nothing more than to discuss the history of Oxnead Hall with anyone who will listen. There is a management team, a gardening team, a maintenance team and a housekeeping team. As the venue grows there is additional need for further staff and 2019 brings 7 part time employees to assist with the weddings.
